- Introduce your Meetup!
- Welcome newcomers + nametags (if using)
- Briefly mention our other Meetups (specifically, what are the next 2-3 upcoming or that might be topical for your audience?)
- wpseattle.org portal site
- Slack group, Facebook page, and Facebook group
- WordCamp Seattle: 2018 is Nov 10-11 @ Washington State Conference Center (across from Convention Center) + call for organizers/speakers/volunteers, as needed
- Announcements for your Meetup
- Five Good Faith Rules and Code of Conduct
- Designate a notetaker for resources (optional)
- Go around the room and introduce ourselves w/ a focus question (optional)
- Stand up so we can hear you better
- If this makes you uncomfortable you may pass or sit
- Speaker (10 minutes – 5 min presentation, 5 min Q&A) – (optional)
- Begin discussion – raise hands and we’ll form a queue so we all have a chance to speak – (optional)
- Closing: Collect exit surveys
